Dee Johnson is an American motion picture writer and producer. She is the show runner for the second season of Boss. She is an Executive Producer and writer for the show. She has also worked on the series Melrose Place, ER, Commander in Chief, Southland and The Good Wife.
She was also one of the writers of Melrose Place. She was an executive producer on Commander in Chief. In 2009 she joined the staff of new police drama Southland as a writer and consulting producer for the first season.
In 2010 she became an executive producer for the legal drama The Good Wife. Johnson wrote the episode "Home" for the first season.
